Product support is crucial if you have no experience with websites and online stores. Ecwid offers support directly in your site's dashboard. Ecwid offers both free and paid versions of their webstore product. As of this writing, Ecwid's "Forever Free" plan (that's right, FREE and FOREVER!) will allow you to sell up to 10 products.

We'll work with you to help you pick a starter template. Then, we'll help you envision how your own content - your text, images, video,etc., will look in your chosen temple. If you need images or video we may be able to provide them for you at no additional cost.
Step 2
Next, send us your text and images. Want video in your site? If a picture is worth 1,000 words, then video is worth many thousands of words. With today's powerful smartphones, creating super good looking video is a snap.
Just shoot your video, put it up on YouTube, Vimeo or something similar and you're all set. Once you have your video ready, we'll drop it into your new site and even provide step-by-step instructions for how to update it whenever you need to.

Once we have your content, we'll get to work crafting a site that is uniquely yours and looks gorgeous on desktops, laptops, tablets and smartphones.
You'll never need to wait for someone else to update your content. When the site build has been completed, you'll also have the ability to update your own content as often as you like.
